Meet Buttercup. This trailer is practically undamaged despite the 13 years it sat without attention.
The Vista View window has seen better days. The reflective coating had completely peeled off due to moisture. The remnants coat the glass and rest on the bottom of the window and resemble thin wood shavings. This one is going to cost a little!
Still shiny after all these years. Perhaps the mostly dry Nevada climate helps. As can be seen in some photos the clear coat is coming off.
The awnings are in remarkably good shape despite the lack of care and cleaning.
The window seals are dry and cracked and all will have to be replaced.
What a surprise! The porch light is melted out. How long do you think it took to order a new one?
