Disconnect From Plumbing

The first part of the project involves disconnecting the water heater from the existing plumbing. This may or may not be an easy task…

The fittings were impossibly tight. It was decided to just cut the piping going to the old heater.

This close up shows the low profile tubing cutter used to cut the copper pipe. The small clearances in this area make a tool like this perfect.

Just for general information, the plumbing for the water heater loops over the top of the heater and goes back towards the wall.

It then passes behind the toilet and makes its way to the back of the trailer.
