Once we got her home, we wanted to get a good look at the awnings.

Despite a little moss the awnings have survived well after 13 years all closed up. They smelled a little but look to be in excellent shape.

The hold open tab on the street side awning broke so will have to be repaired. It suffered years of exposure to the sun because it was sticking out about 6 inches.
