This cabinet will need some TLC.

The flooring will be replaced with cork throughout the whole trailer - atleast that is the plan.

The undersink plumbing looks in order. But only a flow test will tell for sure. It is expected that the water pump will be non-operational.

The stove has only minor damage. It also needs to be tested to be sure it works. A replacement has already been selected if this one does not work well.

The vent hood needs some serious help. It looks bad enough that it may have to be replaced altogether. The tambour above will not open at all. I wonder what secret is hidden underneath???

Any bets as to if this will pump water or not???

Something leaking - needs to be looked at.
